Dear beautiful client, since products are filled to order per customer's specifications, once a product is opened, we can only offer a 7 days return policy for store credit. Unopened products in original packaging returned within 7 days will receive a full refund. Must obtain Return Authorization number by contacting [email protected]  Taxes and shipping charges are non refundable.

Paid Membership fees are non refundable and cannot be pro-rated, once cancelled, the monthly membership will not renew and will end at the end of the month cycle.
